Return & Refund Policy


You cannot cancel an order, return or refund when the item has received a tracking number or is still on the way.

To make a return, you can contact us for the return address,  it is necessary to know a maximum of 8 days after you receive the goods

If you want to make a return to be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused or damage, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition. You have to contact us fo the item that unused or damage with photo for the proof. Then we will give you a solusion :

1. Send you the new one

2. Give you a refund. To get a refund, you have to return the item first, then we will give you a refund.

Unfortunately Lala Lamps product will not cover the cost of return shipping and customs.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition (original product) a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to 18 days to appear on your statement. Our system will automatically charge a refund of 15% for the price of goods more than $ 500, 10% for the price of goods under $499, 5% for the price of goods under $150.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to this email : laalalamps@gmail.com. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.
